• Pro Subscription: Access to "Pro Studio" features requires a recurring subscription fee of $4.99 per month, processed via Stripe.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

3. Use of Content

You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of removing backgrounds and applying your selected styles.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of our Service, all subscription payments are non-refundable. If you have any technical issues, please contact our support team.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via the website.

6. Limitation of Liability

OneClickStudio.app is provided "as is." We will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
